Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Such a handy size!This is a fantastic multi-purpose ice wrap. When I am stricken with a migraine, this is the first thing I use. I prefer this size over the migraine-version that is offered because my pain is pretty localized and I find my head to get too cold otherwise. The only thing I added was a soft, longer cover to provide a little protection. |

It's long and narrow, so it fits into a narrow area, it's pliable for wrapping around a small body part, and it covers more of that body part, i.e., I can ice my ENTIRE ankle, all the way around. I use it with wraps that hold it in place. These wraps were designed for the neck and the ankle, but not for this particular icepack. I just use it inside the wrap without inserting it into the pocket (sorry, hope this is is clear). Service Comments: Service could not have been better -- items arrived RIGHT AWAY, well wrapped, in perfect shape. Very happy the whole exchange. |

I ordered this smaller size this time, and my husband thought they would be too small, but I find myself reaching for these all the time. I use them on my low back and they are lightweight, comfortable and convenient. Once I got these ColPacs all the other ice packs went into the trash!
