At this point, the gel is still usable but has started "balling up" in the sleeves. I keep these in the freezer and use them to ice my knees after I run. I've also travelled with them, by air, many, many times. Great product! |

When I over do it and need more cold, this way, I always have a pair frozen and do not have to wait for the original pair to re-freeze. The price was too good to pass up! |
