Ground shipping can take 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Items received by 4 PM EST ship same day, after 4 EST orders normally ship next business day. If you order on a Friday (after noon), Saturday or Sunday your wrap(s) will usually ship on Monday.

We generally ship via USPS or UPS. If you prefer or require UPS, then please select it.

We primarily ship USPS (Postal). If postal service does not deliver to your physical address please use PO Box or select UPS service.

We accept orders to APO boxes.

No Hassle Returns

Returns are accepted up to 20 calendar days after your order is placed. 

All items must be returned in their original condition. Please e-mail IceWraps prior to returning any merchandise. IceWraps must always provide you a return authorization # (RMA) and the return shipping address before you submit your return. Please do not return merchandise without prior coordination. 

IceWraps will pay for any shipping and issue a full refund for any defective wraps.  If the wrap is not defective and you choose to return it within 20 calendar days, you must pay the return shipping and will only be refunded your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. These returns must also be pre-coordinated with a return authorization #.

Save the original wrapping for any returns please.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been worn.

Helped with a meniscus tear. It was handy before and after knee surgery. I ordered and xtra pack so I always had a cold one on hand. My friend saw me wearing it at work and ordered one.

I would really recommend this multi- purpose strap... Extremely effective for a GREAT price. I recently started having knee pains (Runners Knee) so I bought this product along with another product to help relieve any of my discomfort. Great strap for any part of the body... One thing I would say thou, the ice packs are great but would be nice if they stayed cold longer...
BOTTOM LINE: Great bang for the buck - GREAT PRODUCT
