Adjustable elastic wrap conforms to all body parts. Wrap feature holds Cold/Hot pack in place. Includes one 6" x 9" Reusable Cold/Hot Pack in mesh pouch with secure closure. Easy to use.

If it is for you, maybe wrapping it a little less tight, or putting something thin underneath, to block some of the intensity. You could also leave the insert out for a few minutes. This product is very well made, and is an excellent value. It is very comfortable as well. |

The more I use it (daily 3-4 times a day) the easier it becomes. I pulled a tendon in my upper arm; and being able to ice it, without the ice pack falling off is a plus. I would buy it again. I have given both away and now need to replace them; they are truly incredible--keeping the injured/sore area cool for several hours. It is good to have one in the freezer and one on the injured area; that way, if you need to reapply the cool treatment, the second wrap is ready! |
I bought the Mueller wraps for my wife's ever recurring ankle problems and any joint that needs iced right away. They work great and can fit any joint.
