Athletic Ice Knee Wrap - For Knee Physical Therapy

I purchased this knee ice wrap about 2 weeks ago. I use it daily to reduce inflammation after activity. It provides soothing relief from achy joints. The thing that makes this ice wrap different from others is that I can walk around/multi-task with it on.

The icepack is being used the releive knee pain. My work requires that I stand most of the day and this icepack is very convenient in releiving my knee pain while holding up to my knee perfectly.

Great wrap. Just one holds the cold for a long enough to ice both my knees two times of 20- 30 minutes each in one sitting. I've got two of them s I can keep them recycling through the day. I do fairly heavy weight workouts.

Used to rehab a torn ligament. Things I like about this ice pack: -large -holds its temperature I wish this ice pack: -had more insulation against the skin to keep proper temperature (it's too cold). You'll need to put a thin towel against the skin. -better velcro design to last longer (felt wears away very quickly) -cost less (price is high for what you get)

The device is well made and if knee isn't tender might be OK, but when "gel" packs freeze they are like 2" ice cubes and create too much pressure on sensitive areas. Not what I expected.

My wife bought this for me after my total knee replacement. It worked wonderful. I then bought 2 more to keep at work. One for morning and one for afternoon. They fit perfectly and the velcro is a very comfortable fit without dripping.

I have had 3 knee arthroscopies, and now two knees replaced. This is by far the best ice wrap for knee cold treatments after surgery and for general pain relief later that I've ever tried. It is so helpful I got a second one.

The ability of this icepack to retain it's temperature is outstanding. However, it's design is not tapered to contour to a leg. As a result, it has to be strapped "extremely tight" on the top and bottom straps for the ice to make good contact. Too tight for any degree of comfort post surgical. Now, if my right leg were only a straight piece of PVC pipe, this design would be perfect.

I am recovering from my 3rd knee surgery. I have bought several ice wraps,and a Polar Ice Machine, however,this wrap is the best so far. It is easy to use, and it stays cold for a long time. I did a lot of research on the internet, and am very pleased with this product.

I used the knee wrap before and after my knee replacement surgery and it was an ideal pack. I now take it in an insulated bag to tennis games so I can use it immediately after I play and have even given them away to friends who rave about them. Velco is easy to use and has not worn out even after many months of use. I have also used a cold gel pad when lying down, but it would great if it had a velcro attachment. Excellent service from the company.

First time I have ever enjoyed icing my knee's and it is so easy to slip these on and off. I wear them on both knees and even after taking a shower my knees still felt chilled to the touch. This product works great.

Just had a left knee replacement and this product fit the bill. Well priced for the use.

Can start out a little rough due to compression but I found if you don't put it on tight at first, then tighten after 5 minutes or so, there is no problem. Much better than the gell type which tend to lose their coldness in a few minutes. The compression is an added bonus!

The big negative about this wrap is that it is basically little ice cubes. They hold the coldness fine, but when you wrap it around your knee, it can start to hurt some areas where the ice cubes dig into your leg. Not ideal if you just had surgery. I prefer the all gel ones. This may be better once the leg heals.

I have Ostero Arthritis in both of my knees, the wrap provides much needed relief and reduces a lot of the swelling and pain. It is great and I use it all the time.

After reading reviews I thought this was the perfect ice pack for my post patial knee replacement,but after freezing the ice wrap it came out real hard,since my knee is swollen and sensitive the hardness is not comfortable but maybe later.I really like the velcro and size.

i have had surgeries on both knees and have tried many ice wraps and packs. this wrap was great for the first couple months after the latest surgery, but then because the velcro would wear out the cloth, the straps would not hold well. what a shame. they need to either put velcro on the cloth part to hold the velcro on the strao, or better yet use clasps or some other adjustable material. for the short term till the cloth wears away, there is nothing better. after that, oh well. again, what a shame.

I loved the knee wrap. I had knee surgery and it is soft and covers the whole area of the knee. It is very light weight and I take it out with me in a smalll lunch cooler and wear it while I am watching my sons games or driving in the car.

The product is very good however I was looking for an exact match to the IceWrap product used by my physical therapist. What I ordered appeared to be the same but is actually a bit smaller making it difficult to use.

I love the knee wraps. The only thing I would change about them is to make the straps longer, especially the one that goes above the knee.

It worked well. However I wish there was a removable, washable piece of thin material to cover the plastci side of the wrap to absorb the condensation as well as slightly lessen the contact with the ice. I realize you can use a towel but I would have appreciated the above suggestion employed.

I bought the athletic ice knee wrap for my wife who recently had knee surgery ans she is pleased with the product. It stays on securely and stays cold for about 2.5 to 3 hours. She even drives to work with it on!

I had knee replacement surgery in October and needed something to help me go to sleep. My son-in-law had been sent home from the hospital with a similar ice-pack and I borrowed it for a few days, but he needed it back. So I ordered the icewrap for knees. It has helped a great deal. A note to R&D: It would be more comfortable if the pack actually surrounded the knee, rather than covering approximately 2/3 of it. When laying in bed, the icewrap became uncomfortable, because it didn't include the back of the knee as well as the top. The swelling of my knee was on the backside as well as the frontside. If the icewrap had been a little bigger, it would have been more comfortable. The velcro straps are wonderful. I now keep it in my freezer at all times when it is not in use, so I can get it out at a moment's notice. Thanks for your product!

I purchased this item since I was having an upcoming knee surgery. I thought it would help from attempting to get back and forth to the freezer for those smaller ace wraps you purchase at the drugstore. This item proved to be a godsend after the surgery. The pack lasted up to 3 hours without refreezing which was ideal for me as I could not bend my leg for several days and was avoiding constant up and down from my sofa. With its ease of rotating to different areas of my leg, which had swelled after the surgery, was terrific. I would highly recommend this product. It was a terrific find!
