This wrap has extreme comfort, fit and adjustability. Complete with a reusable 7 x 10 inch hot/cold pack, compression support wrap and reusable drawstring storage bag. This new pain modality features "ActiveMedical Plush" fabrication to lock in the body's natural warmth for soothing heat combined with side panels of NSI "rash guard" material (all latex free). Compatible with recharge kit Item#AWP004 (extra set of 2 hot/cold packs) for hours of continuous relief. Provides mild lumbar and abdominal compression/support without thermal pack in place. Two Sizes Sm/Md (Waist size up to 34") and Lg/Xl (Waist size 35-54")

The only negative I've seen after three weeks is that the velcro is loosing its grip. I see that the soft side of the velcro is not the best quality. |

Ice could be pain at times particularly when there is not room available in freezer, so I decided to get one of this and it works great, fits comfortably and no mess. I also like the ability to use this as hot wrap, I would highly recommend this product. |
