Ground shipping can take 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Now shipping to Canada! (excludes TheraTherm, SensaFlex, FlexiPac, Therma-Wraps and ColPaC brands.)

Items received by 4 PM EST ship same day, after 4 EST orders normally ship next business day. If you order on a Friday (after noon), Saturday or Sunday your wrap(s) will usually ship on Monday.

We generally ship via USPS or UPS. If you prefer or require UPS, then please select it.

We primarily ship USPS (Postal). If postal service does not deliver to your physical address please use PO Box or select UPS service.

We accept orders to APO boxes.

No Hassle Returns

Returns are accepted up to 20 calendar days after your order is placed. 

All items must be returned in their original condition. Please e-mail IceWraps prior to returning any merchandise. IceWraps must always provide you a return authorization # (RMA) and the return shipping address before you submit your return. Please do not return merchandise without prior coordination. 

IceWraps will pay for any shipping and issue a full refund for any defective wraps.  If the wrap is not defective and you choose to return it within 20 calendar days, you must pay the return shipping and will only be refunded your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. These returns must also be pre-coordinated with a return authorization #.

Save the original wrapping for any returns please.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been worn.

Comments:
I used this for my neck. Recently had a relapse of neck pain after having surgery in 2000. This wrap maintains its cool much longer than Elasto-Gel products. But it can be too cold and you have to have a good cloth wrap otherwise it's too cold. So if you want very cold for 30 minutes this is a great product. But if you want moderate cold for 20 minutes Elasto-Gel is better.
BOTTOM LINE: Torex ice pack is super cold and lasts
