"I know I’ve found a new key to my post-ride recovery. After each ride, I take a recovery drink with me into the shower, clean off and then put the ice wraps on while I cook and eat."-- Phil Gaimon, 24, rides for Kenda Pro Cycling

| By Kevin, former ultimate frisbee player From Saint Augustine, Florida On January 14, 2013 About Me: Athletic, Recently InjuredPros: Provides Pain Relief, Well Made, Comfortable Cons: Does not Hold its Temperature ![]() | Close, but not quite perfectBOTTOM LINE: Close, but not quite perfect |
| By HomePlate From Florida On November 19, 2012 About Me: Parent Of An AthletePros: Adaptable ![]() | Makes icing easyComments: BOTTOM LINE: Makes icing easyI am the Mom of a baseball pitcher. His pitching coach has told him that after games & practice it is imperative for him to ice his arm from shoulder to wrist for at least 20 minutes. My son tried to be very diligent & compliant about this. He was trying to keep 2 different size ice packs in 2 locations along his arm using ace bandages & pillows but this was very difficult & frustrating. As a result he became noncompliant. The ColdOne Shoulder Wrap did the trick. |

| By Gail From Chicago, IL On January 16, 2012 Pros: Hold its Temperature, Great for Arthritis, Provides Pain Relief, Comfortable ![]() | Great - Size suggestion for WomenComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great - Size suggestion for WomenI love it and how much better I feel after using it. Women beware. I am glad that I am 25 lbs lighter than the suggested max in the weight recommendations. They do not take breasts into consideration. It barely fits while wearing a bra. It fits much better with the bra off. |

| By tennis fan From iowa On September 14, 2011 About Me: AthleticPros: Hold its Temperature, Well Made Cons: Uncomfortable ![]() | ice pads too hardComments: BOTTOM LINE: ice pads too hardHave looked for a shoulder ice system for a while. I am only 118lbs and the small is still a little large and difficult to snug up. I would prefer removal ice packs that are soft gel to conform to the shoulder better as the hard ice packs hits the bones on top of my shoulder and don't give good contact for the rotator cuff area. don't necessarily need the ice on the chest area. I opened the cloth pocket that is right over the tip of the shoulder and added a soft gel ice pack. |
| By Cassie From Lorain OH On August 26, 2011 About Me: Multiple uses, Sport related injuriesPros: Comfortable, Well Made, Great Fit, Hold its Temperature, Provides Pain Relief ![]() | The Perfect Sports Wrap!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: The Perfect Sports Wrap! This wrap covers so many muscle groups: rotator cuff, pectoral, lats, bicep, tricep! My husband's chronic golf injury is resolving because it covers all the muscles involved in that forceful rotation. As a personal trainer, I can also see its use for softball/baseball, swimming, & tennis as well. Hubby is 230# and the 160 - 220# size was a fine fit for him |
| By nicinseattle From seattle, wa On July 01, 2011 About Me: Recently InjuredPros: Its a great idea Cons: Does not Hold its Temperature ![]() | Does not fit wellComments: BOTTOM LINE: Does not fit wellI ordered it to help with ruptured disk issues and spend a lot of time using ice for the nerve pain. This product is perfect in that it covers all the areas where the pain is - you can tell a lot of thought went into it. There are only 2 problems; 1. I definitely have the right size, it fits fine - but it will not cover the shoulder - there is a gap - I wonder if it works better on men as far as that issue. 2. It doesn't hold the cold for very long at all. Thanks for listening! |
| By JImsue From Alexandria, Va On May 16, 2011 About Me: Suffering from General Pain, Recently InjuredPros: Provides Pain Relief Cons: Not worth the cost, Poor contact on shoulder ![]() | Ease of use isn't everythingComments: BOTTOM LINE: Ease of use isn't everythingI was searching for an ice treatment product after shoulder surgery to use after therapy and exercise sessions that was easy to use by myself. I find the product does not provide sufficient cooling on top of shoulder & collar bone area, the place I need it the most, but does provide excellent coolness on the forearm, and chest and back area, and is easy to use by myself. The upper gel packs do not make good contact on the top of the shoulder and chest, especially when you are sitting, as there is not enough weight or the product is too stiff to properly fit the contour of top shoulder. |
| By Kristi From Virginia Beach, VA On April 04, 2011 About Me: AthleticPros: Hold its Temperature Cons: Difficult to Use ![]() | Not for rotator cuff post surgeryComments: BOTTOM LINE: Not for rotator cuff post surgeryPurchased for my husband to use post surgery for rotate cuff repair. He was unable to use this product due to the fact that he had to put his arm in it like you do a sleeve of a t-shirt. |
| By Shelly From Undisclosed On April 24, 2010 ![]() | ColdOne Shoulder WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: ColdOne Shoulder WrapThe shoulder wrap is awesome and has helped my shoulder pain more bearable. |
| By Gary Kissel From Undisclosed On May 04, 2009 | shoulder wrap reviewComments: BOTTOM LINE: shoulder wrap reviewI have had shoulder pain for the last two years and nothing has helped much until I discovered the shoulder wrap by ColdOne. My wife who has chronic back pain saw the shoulder wrap and went online and purchased the wrap for her lower back which works greart. We're both hapey customers. |
| By MITCH From Undisclosed On February 24, 2009 | COLDONE SHOULDER WRAPComments: BOTTOM LINE: COLDONE SHOULDER WRAPTHE SHOULDER WRAP IS PERFECT.IT COVERS ALL THE AREAS I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. |
| By giannip@marketingresults.net From Undisclosed On February 04, 2009 | Shoulder wrap designComments: BOTTOM LINE: Shoulder wrap designI ordered this to give my shoulder relief. The gels work fine in the shoulder area but they are placed in the chest and back areas as well. I did not want the cold in my chest area. Very uncomfortable. The gel packs should be removable so you can apply cold only where needed. The design is flawed and bulky. You have to freeze the entire pack and you get cold throughout the entire area. I am back to using frozen vegetables on my shoulder. |
| By Albert W. From Undisclosed On January 25, 2009 | shoulder wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: shoulder wrapI have tried several shoulder wraps and they all work. This one has the best fit around the shoulder and chest. It could be a little longer down the arm. Not cheap but works great. |
| By Debbie From Undisclosed On September 29, 2008 | Effective But CumbersomeComments: BOTTOM LINE: Effective But CumbersomeThis should wrap is really effective in that it provides both cooling and compression. The fit is snug and comfortable. What the ad doesn't tell you is that you have to put the entire wrap in the freezer. I was under the impression that the refreezable gels could be removed from the wrap after warmed and replaced with additional cool gel packs. The wrap stays cold for 20-30 minutes afterwhich the entire wrap must be rechilled. This is inconvenient and if you plan on using the wrap regularly, you need ample room in your freezer. |

Works well overall, way better than a flat ice pack. Strap needs a larger section of velcro for more adjustability. Arm and Back get cold but needs more oumph over top of shoulder.
