Comfort Hot or Cold Packs 6 x 20
Designed specifically for the neck. Helps treat tension headaches, strains, sprains, and other injuries. Soft, "frost-free" cover. Store in freezer until needed. Heat in microwave. Non-toxic, biodegradable gel.
Based on initial pack temperature below 75F (24C).
Knead after each heating. Microwave ovens vary; use care when heating and removing pack from microwave. Overheating pack may cause pack to rupture and/or leak. Carefully check the pack with the palm of your hand before applying. Discard pack if punctured or broken.
Heat 15 seconds on high heat, knead, and then continue heating at 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead after each heating.

This particular Core Products cervical icepack doesn't have the Velcro option, so if you use it around your neck, you're gonna have to hold it there... and as it warms to the body, it'll sag into a skinny thing. But it's great for icing the top of a shoulder/traps if sitting upright... or laying down with it across the throat and to the collarbones or chest, if you've had a whiplash injury like I did and need something cold AND lightweight.

i love this wrap. ive actually had one just like it for over 6 years and it is just now starting to loose its ability to keep cold, so i got this one and i love it just as mush. i use it not only on my neck but my shoulders, knees, elbows and down my spin. love love love it!!!

Keeps cold for a good 40 minutes. I have not tried heat yet. Very comfortable and easy to flex around body parts
