It's easy to use, we love that it can be hot or cold. Although it does take up lots of space in freezer :) Also like that it is slightly heavy, which seems to give it a bit more stability and ability to stay in place. I walked around with it on my shoulders and didn't have to worry about it falling off. I didn't like that it took so long to heat up, and it didn't seem to hold the heat as long as I'd have liked it to, but overall, great product |

Stays put while I'm sitting at my desk and working on the computer. Large enough to cover my neck and upper back on a pillow while I'm reclining. This is a much for anyone with neck strain or just to ease tension. For people that occasionally sleep wrong and wake up with a head/neck ache - this will ease the pain in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
