Dual Comfort Hot or Cold Therapy Pack Trisectional
- For Neck and Shoulder Pain
- Extensive Coverage
- No Condensation to Worry About
- 2 Surfaces for Slow and Rapid Release
- Non-Toxic Gel
- Helps Relieve Inflammation and Pain
16 H x 11.5 W inches
As a cold therapy pack, the Trisectional is best used immediately following an injury. The pack can be stored in the freezer and will stay soft and pliable upon removal. The pack features two surfaces?a plush surface that provides slow-release treatment and the second surface which provides more rapid release. Neither surface will build up frost in the freezer. The cold therapy process will decrease the diameter of the blood vessels, thus reducing the flow of blood and reducing swelling.
As a hot therapy pack, the Trisectional can help to reduce inflammation of an acute injury or chronic pain. Heat the pack in a microwave on high heat for thirty seconds, then heat for ten-second intervals until the pack has reached the desired temperature. Be sure to knead the pack after each heating to ensure even distribution of heat. The heat of the pack will increase the diameter of blood vessels, thus increasing blood flow. Increased blood flow will increase the transfer of oxygen into the cells of the inflamed area and will flush out toxins more efficiently.
The Core Dual Comfort Trisectional pack provides an ideal versatility both in technology and design to heal pain in many joints of the body. Whether being used for sports injury recovery or chronic pain, the Trisectional pack will be the last remedy you need. Core Dual Comfort 6x10
Based on initial pack temperature below 75F (24C).
Knead after each heating. Microwave ovens vary; use care when heating and removing pack from microwave. Overheating pack may cause pack to rupture and/or leak. Carefully check the pack with the palm of your hand before applying. Discard pack if punctured or broken.
Heat 30 seconds on high heat, knead, and then continue heating at 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead after each heating.
Dynamic duo: heat and cold in one great package.
Cold therapy works by constricting blood vessels, resulting in a decrease in blood flow to the area of application. This helps to decrease swelling and promote healing. Heat therapy increases blood flow to the area to help relax muscles and decrease pain. Put them together and you've got a lot of natural healing at your disposal for relieving sprains, strains, tendinitis and other injuries, as well as stiffness and poor circulation. This pain management system is even more dynamic.

I used to be a manufacturers rep for a golf company and HAD to play golf everyday. After multiple shoulder surguries I had to give it up. I was seeing my surgeon the other day because of some pain I was having and when I mentioned to him that I was REALLY excited about my new Ice Wraps coming he told me that is what he uses!!! I have let one of my neighbors wear the shoulder wrap and he wanted to take it home..I said, "No Way"...It is amazing that after years of pain I can put this on and actually get some relief.....Thanks...Rusty

Comments:BOTTOM LINE: great idea good product
All in all it's great. I wish the strap was functional (it's too flimsy to hold) and the edges all around weren't so sharp. It isn't entirely frost free but pretty good. I have been grateful to have it. It's a great idea. I have been using it on my cervical spine and neck for inflammation.

It would be a much better product if there was something to keep it from scratching the neck and if the shoulder area was longer to help hold the pack on or a more comfortable strap that would not irritate the neck.I was hoping for a product to use on my shoulders & back at work that would stay on comfortably.

I am new to using ice packs and this is just what I needed; very affordable & much better than a bag of frozen peas! Extensive coverage all at one time instead of having to move the "ice pack" to different spots. Love it!

This product works great on back and neck strain/pain due to poor posture and arthritis. If you get headaches due to stress in your neck and shoulders, this product holds the cold right where you need it for relief while allowing you to move around.
Products arrived promptly and in good condition.

No instruction on how to use the strap. So far the only way I figured out how to use it is very uncomfortable. It DOES get frostbitten in freezer. Does not stay cold as long as I would like it to. Little neck flap doesn't stay up. I could have saved the money any continued using single ice packs. I would not recommend this product.

This ice pack contours to your curves. The heavy weight is a wonderful thing as it helps keep full contact to skin. The soft material is nice against the skin and is better than a gel pack that slips around in a sleeve. Feels professional grade.

I am too big busted and I could not get this to stay on me. I tried several ways to put it on with the help of my husband but there was no way I could have it on my shoulders and have the that flap go up on my neck. Very disappointed because this looked like it could help me and will have to return it. I had better luck with the plain neck wrap that you tie on like a tie.

I really like the shoulder pack. It works really well, and remains cold for a very long time. I do wish the pack was wider to round over the rotator cuff/shoulder joint. Also, There should be 2 velcro securing straps (instead of the one supplied). 2 would cris cross in the front of the body, making the pack much more stable and secure while using.

I have been frustrated with this pack. The center part which rises up against the neck never has enough gel for relief, despite my squeezing the pack to push up more gel. The heaviness of the pack hurts my shoulders more than it helps, and it doesn't stay comfortably in place for me, as it does for others. As I read other reviews I'm hard-pressed to believe it's the same product we're talking about! I hope I'm a fluke, since so many others have benefited from the pack.

I love this pack! I just had neck surgery and it ices all the places at once that I need. My mom tried it and bought one too. Two weeks after my surgery, I had it on my shoulders and went outside, saw a few weeds and started picking them. It is so comfortable I forgot I had it on! This is a great ice pack and recommend it to all that have neck and shoulder problems.

My son is a 15 year old pitcher and resists most gels, ice packs, wraps, etc. Other wraps have been hard to keep in place, or we would simiply try two or three separate ice packs with ace wraps. He would go in his room and take them off because they were too uncomfortable. This product is very easy to use, stays cold, stays in place, treats the shoulder, upper arm and elbow. It is also very comfortable for him to use, not cumbersome at all. I only wish we had found it sooner.

The ice pack named above serves a very big comfort punch. I have suffered several shoulder injuries in my younger years and a couple since I have reached my fifties. This product really helps. I also have a bad problem with triceps tendonitis in both arms and the arm extentions helps tremendously. I will have to order another one for the other shoulder and arm so I can treat both at the same time. Every orthopedic that performs rotator cuff surgery should prescribe one of these for home use. It would be a great heilp and comfort.

Got my ice wrap today and was happily surprised by how thick and sturdy it was. It's heavy enough to sit on my shoulders without falling off. This is great because I can't figure out how to attach the velcro strap without pulling it across my throat which is very uncomfortable. Happy Icing!
