"I know I’ve found a new key to my post-ride recovery. After each ride, I take a recovery drink with me into the shower, clean off and then put the ice wraps on while I cook and eat."-- Phil Gaimon, 24, rides for Kenda Pro Cycling

Sports injuries require a variety of treatments for efficient, successful healing, and the hot cold therapy pack technology of the Core Dual Comfort 6x10 pack will relieve you of the pain and swelling so often the result of an active lifestyle. Featuring a non-toxic, biodegradeable gel, this device is the final solution for sports injury recovery.
Upon receiving an injury such as a sprained ankle or a dislocated shoulder, the sports enthusiast will need to apply cold to the afflicted area. The Dual Comfort 6x10 pack can be stored in the freezer for easy application to the injury. The cold will decrease the diameter of the blood vessels, reducing blood flow and thus reducing swelling. The convenient strapping system of the pack will ensure a comfortable, secure position on the joint. The pack features two different surfaces for healing, including a plush slow-release surface and a more efficient rapid-release surface.
Many injuries and other conditions of the body can lead to chronic pain or inflammation of a joint and its surrounding tissues. The Dual Comfort 6x10 pack can be heated in the microwave to provide immediate relief from pain in the joints. The heat from the pack permeates the skin, increasing the diameter of the blood vessels and increasing the flow of the blood. This increase in blood flow also increases the flow of oxygen to the cells of the injured area and more quickly removes toxins. The smaller the number of toxins, the quicker the relief from pain.
The size of this Dual Comfort pack makes it ideal for healing sports injuries related to the knees, elbows, and ankles. The versatility of the hot and cold therapies makes the Core Dual Comfort pack the ideal solution to all of your sports related pain.
Please note this item requires a minimum quantity of two when ordering.

| By Michelle From Undisclosed On November 09, 2008 | Ice packs that stay put while you sleepComments: BOTTOM LINE: Ice packs that stay put while you sleepThese are great! My daughter is a conpetitive gymnast and has Osgood Slaughters. She finds that these ice packs stay on her knees well to give her some pain relief. Other ice packs have busted or oozed out the seams and these packs have not. She just has to remember to place them back in the freezer. |
