The Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar for your neck area helps alleviate pain and discomfort from minor muscular and soft tissue cervical injuries, soreness, stiffness and more.
Made to specifically mold to the cervical neck region, this wrap can provide either hot or cold therapy relief for the neck and upper spine areas. The Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar is made of a tough, flexible gel that is covered with a four-way stretch material. This allows for maximum conformity, heat transfer, and comfort. Both durable and "user friendly" the collar easily forms to your neck shape?. even when first removed from the freezer!
For moist heat treatment - Heat in Microwave or Conventional Oven!
Simply heat the pack according to the included directions. When a warm wrap is applied, heat quickly penetrates muscles and joints. Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar continues to provide heat for an estimated 20 to 30 minutes before reheating becomes necessary.
For cold therapy - Place in Freezer! The wrap remains soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F. Usually the cold wrap will numb the treated area within 5 minutes without the harsh shock and pain that is sometimes experienced with ice or ice water treatments. The wraps will remain cold for approximately 20 to 40 minutes. Store the Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar in the freezer until ready to use.
Care & Cleaning Summary - (Directions Included) Always store this product in a re-closable bag when storing in the freezer.
Remove the outside cover and hand wash in cold water, with mild soap. Hang to dry.
Wipe the white inner cover down with a damp (not wet) cloth using mild soap or disinfectant.
Allow the product to fully air dry before continuing to use.

It doesn't shift around your neck when you move around the house with it on. I really wish that it got colder than it does. It starts out mildly cold and only holds the chill for 10-12 minutes. I was hoping to use it for pain relief after recently straining my neck and left trap muscles. To compensate I put ice in an plastic bag and use the wrap to keep that bag in place while also keeping the ice from melting too much. That has worked really well and I continue to use the wrap to help with icing. Would recommend to help in the above use and also for those very sensative to the cold or that need minor relief. |

It is thick, with velcro and I LOVE it. I ordered another one for me and one for my daughter and was very disappointed that it is thinner, no velcro, and it does not hold the cold ANYWHERE as good as the other. Guess like any other company, you cut from your product to make money, when you should have left it alone and raised the price. It used to be so awesome. |

The only down side to it is that it does not stay cold as long as I would like for it to. The skin side of the wrap also is very fragile. If the velco snap attaches to it, it pulls the fabric and roughs it up. Otherwise, I love this wrap. It surely helps with the head and neck pain. |

It also fits my lower back, but I am pretty small, and I use a long velcro strap from another ice pack when I use the collar on my back. It's quick to put on, and very convenient. Cons: The wrap puckers along my spine, and doesn't make contact where I really need it. In order to get good contact on my spine, I have to lie down and rest my neck on a pillow. This might not be a problem for larger people. Also, the fabric covering is delicate, and is quickly getting damaged by the velcro fastener. I have only used the Collar Wrap for cold. I have not tried it with heat. |

We mostly use the multiwraps for knee replacements, back pain, shoulder, and ankles. I have the cervical one also for my personal use at home for neck pain, and my family and friends have used them for injuries with great rellief of pain. My work also uses the elastogel wound care products. I order for my patients and have also given out many times this companies information to order for themselves too. Great products!! |

My wife has used this once (as a heat collar) and was very happy with its performance. I tried it on as well and wanted to keep on longer just for the nice feeling it gave on a cold day. Not a 5 because a chemical smell emited when heating up. |
Using it for post surgery icing. Would be better if it got colder and remained that way longer. Other than that it is easy to use and I like that I can go ahead and move around to get other things done while icing.
