Description

The latex-free gel wrap doesn't dry out and doesn't leak if punctured. Specially designed to aid a variety of neck and back problems, use it to soothe minor injuries or to relieve muscle tension, restoring flexibility.
If you're suffering from back pain, remedy it with the gel wrap. Heat the wrap or chill it?either way it keeps the temperature for at least 20 minutes. Heat it in the oven or microwave for 20 to 30 minutes of moist warm relief, or chill it in the freezer (after putting it in a resealable bag) for 20 to 40 minutes of gentle numbing. If your back pain therapy needs -20 degrees Fahrenheit, 250 degrees, or something in-between, the Elasto-Gel acts as padding at all of these temperatures.

This product allows me to ice my back to help relieve the pain and swelling. It's convenient and I can walk around while icing. Draw back is that the shoulder straps need to be able to be adjusted to a shorter length, but I've worked it out by wrapping them around the chest strap once. But if you have breasts of any size at all, this isn't very comfortable. The man wearing it in the picture looks very comfy, but the straps are not long enough for me, so the "waist" strap raises up. I also wish it stayed cold longer. I use it and am very glad I have it so I can do other things while icing my back. Even with my complaints I would buy it again. |

It is a nice quick fix for when I'm feeling like I'm pushing myself a little too hard. |

This wrap fits very well. I was impressed with the comfort while using it. I purchased this wrap to help with icing my back for pain and after straining some of my back muscles. I wish that it got colder and stayed cold. The wrap only slightly chills and holds the chill for 10-12 minutes. To compensate I've been able to put ice in a plastic bag and use the wrap to hold the ice in place. This has been extremely helpful allowing me to ice for 20 minutes while being able to move around the house and not having to worry about the bag(s) shifting and moving. The wrap still chills the remainder of the upper back and remains comfortable. Would recommend to athletes to use as described above or to those very sensative to cold. Also to those with minor injuries and minor cold therapy needs.
