The wrap brings two ice packs and I purchased an additional two. The two ice packs do not sufficiently cool down my arm, I had to use all four to get acceptable results. When you consider the price of the wrap and the price of the additional ice packs this product is not a good value. |

Awesome product. The two ice packs (included) are plenty for what I need, I only need one at a time. You can place them exactly where you need them, and still have some mobility to move about. If you need to ice an elbow, this is the way to go!!
