The wrap brings two ice packs and I purchased an additional two. The two ice packs do not sufficiently cool down my arm, I had to use all four to get acceptable results. When you consider the price of the wrap and the price of the additional ice packs this product is not a good value. |

Spares are used when elbows are in pain and need to continue icing. This works to relieve pain. Ice packs are small and fit easily in any space in the freezer.
