"I know I’ve found a new key to my post-ride recovery. After each ride, I take a recovery drink with me into the shower, clean off and then put the ice wraps on while I cook and eat."-- Phil Gaimon, 24, rides for Kenda Pro Cycling

| By Kathy Gonzales From Undisclosed On July 12, 2010 ![]() | Elbow Ice Wrap by Cold OneComments: BOTTOM LINE: Elbow Ice Wrap by Cold OneMy arm has been swollen forever since I had my tennis elbow surgery due to the fact that I have radial tunnel. | By Dawn MacAllister From Undisclosed On January 27, 2010 ![]() | Great ItemComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great ItemI bought this to help with elbow tendonitis. It's easy to use, holds the cold well, and becomes very cold-sometimes I actually have to use it over a lightweight shirt or towel because it is so cold-but that is Ok, better that than not cold enough. It's a little difficult to get it very tight by myself, another person to hold it in place while I tug on the straps is helpful, but not necessary. I use it often and would highly recommend it. |
| By Sherylll From Undisclosed On July 15, 2009 | Cold One Elbow WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Cold One Elbow WrapI purchased the wrap for my musician husband who is experiencing much pain due to tendinitis. It helps him get through the long daily practice time and is soothing to use after gigs. |
| By Steve From Undisclosed On September 14, 2008 | Light weight and compactComments: BOTTOM LINE: Light weight and compactThe elbow ice wrap is convenient to use. It is compact, and the trade-off is therefore the time that it remains cold - the heavier the cold pack, then the longer it will stay cold. I recommend this highly, but do not expect more than 15-20 minutes of the lowest temperature. |
| By joe h. From Undisclosed On August 25, 2008 | it worksComments: BOTTOM LINE: it worksThe elbow wrap works great. I have elbow tendon issues due to heavy lifting in my youth.. The pain is relieved and I feel as though my injury will heal faster. I will definitely purchase the knee wrap soon!!! |
| By Chris Radley From Undisclosed On June 16, 2008 | Elbow Ice Wrap by ColdOneComments: BOTTOM LINE: Elbow Ice Wrap by ColdOneThis is an excellant ice wrap for the elbow. It is very effective for dealing with elbow tendonitis. |
| By Lee From Undisclosed On June 09, 2008 | Tennis ElbowComments: BOTTOM LINE: Tennis ElbowI purchased the wrap due to the beginning of minor tennis elbow pain. My teammates talked about how painful it is, so I wanted to due to what I could to get ahead of the problem. The ColdOne elbow wrap fits well and you can get a precise amount of compression. It easily lasts the 20 minutes needed and is frozen again in in about an hour. It's a little stiff at first but after wearing a few times it conforms well to the bend of the elbow. www.Icewraps.net is a good place to buy from as well. I entered my home zip code when having it shipped to work. They called while in transit and corrected the zip and I received the wrap with no delay. Thanks, Lee |
| By Matt L. From Undisclosed On May 19, 2008 | Nice solveComments: BOTTOM LINE: Nice solveI like it! Stays cold for at least 30 minutes and can fit nice and snug. Enables me to apply to both elbows while still retaining coldness. |
| By Jim Dickinson From Undisclosed On May 17, 2008 | Great ProductComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great ProductI bought this when I had an elbow injury that was limiting my workouts. I have been using it after every workout and the improvement has been dramatic. After just a few weeks my elbow is back to normal. It is well made, very functional and fits perfectly. I definitely would recommend this product. |
| By Suzanne From Undisclosed On April 21, 2008 | Tennis Elbow PainComments: BOTTOM LINE: Tennis Elbow PainThe Ice Wraps were very useful during the worst part of my pain. My wrist and arm (tennis elbow) gave me significant pain over the holidays. It was great being able to just pull them out of the freezer whenever needed. I would wear them getting the benefits of the ice effect and than place them back in the freezer for next time. I like knowing their there when needed and also in the event anyone else in my family should suddenly need an ice wrap - were ready! |
| By Petra Allen From Undisclosed On January 15, 2008 | Helped Improve Elbow with TendinitisComments: BOTTOM LINE: Helped Improve Elbow with TendinitisThe website and service were great. Delivery was very prompt. I love the ice wrap. I had tendinitis in my elbow which has improved considerably. Without the wrap, I used to try to attach a regular icepack to my arm with ties. It didn't work too well, and consequently I rarely used it. This icewrap makes it easy and convenient to use, so I apply it as often as necessary (basically every night). I really recommend it. |

Huge immediate relief after surgery. Every household needs one of these. It doubles as a hand and wrist brace as well.
