Just slide the injure finger into the cold sleeve and relief. The cold doesn't last very long but long enough so your finger doesn't feel frost bitten. |

Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Works well!I have a finger injury from rock climbing and have had a hard time finding something to ice JUST my finger. I've used a regular gel pack but it ends up icing my whole hand. I found one finger injury kit from CVS that included a finger gel pack. The problem with it was it didn't stay cold for very long. The Finger Ice Pack by Torex is great because it just ices your finger--not your hold hand. It also keeps the cold temperature for a decent amount of time. |
