| By Giftie1 From Ocala, FL On February 12, 2013 About Me: Athletic, Recently InjuredPros: Great Fit, Provides Pain Relief, Comfortable, Well Made, Hold its Temperature ![]() | THE ANSWER for Ankle Ice!BOTTOM LINE: THE ANSWER for Ankle Ice! |
| By Kim From NJ On November 12, 2012 About Me: Athletic ![]() | Too bigComments: BOTTOM LINE: Too bigThe size s/m was too big for my daughter who wears a size 4/5 shoe. It said it fit shoe size 3-10. It probably would have worked well if it fit. Hopefully we can return it. Due to Hurricane Sandy I haven't been able to yet. She liked the ice packs it came with. |
| By Chris From Binghamton, NY On Octover 22, 2012 About Me: Athletic, Recently InjuredPros: Comfortable, Great Fit, Provides Pain Relief, Hold its Temperature, Well Made ![]() | Great productComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great productThe ice packs that come with the ankle wraps come out and can be adjusted where you want them. That was great. You can put the ice pack right were you need them. |
| By Active Alice From Livermore, CA On September 19, 2012 About Me: Old Ankle InjuryPros: Provides Pain Relief, Well Made, Great Fit, Hold its Temperature, Comfortable ![]() | Works beautifullyComments: BOTTOM LINE: Works beautifullyUse this twice daily to cut down the chronic pain and occasional swelling |
| By Jude From Chicago, IL On Octover 21, 2011 About Me: Chronic sore feetPros: Hold its Temperature, Flexibility in placement ![]() | Works wellComments: BOTTOM LINE: Works wellThis is a convenient way to ice my feet and I appreciate the flexibility in moving the ice packs around (with velcro attachment) wherever it is needed. |
| By BB From Delaware County PA On Octover 14, 2011 Pros: Provides Pain Relief, Comfortable ![]() | Love ITComments: BOTTOM LINE: Love ITI've had 2 surgerys on the same foot. So needing someway to provide cold therapy was hard to find. I'm on my feet all day for my job, so they hurt & swell everyday. My husband found this item & we ordered it right away. We also got the extra ice packs which I suggest. This way, you have them while the others are cooling. Plus, you can get more than 2 in the wrap. I did order XL I wear a women's size 10, so I have plenty of room. I love this item and will puchase a second one for my other foot. I have problems w/that one too. I am so happy we found this. I take this item everywhere I go. It get's used 4-5 times a day!!! Service Comments: I'd was not familiar w/this company, so I was a bit nervous. When I did not get an email right away about when my product would come, I was worried that I'd been scammed. But, I did get confirmation & my product was to me withing 3 days!!! Very happy customer!!! |

| By Ankles Feel Better From CA On July 26, 2011 Pros: Provides Pain Relief, Great Fit, Hold its Temperature, Well Made ![]() | Great for kids tooComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great for kids tooI was having a difficult time finding a product that adjusted down to a child-size ankle. I wanted the easiest product possible to ice ankles several times a week after practice/games. This fits perfectly (ordered size small). The cold packs fit easily into the velcro pockets on the inside. You do have to wrap a thin cloth around the ankles or it gets too cold. But otherwise this product completely lives up to expectations. |
| By Silver From Sarasota, FL On January 26, 2011 ![]() | OKComments: BOTTOM LINE: OKI have 3 sets of these wraps and use them daily for neuropathy in my feet. Obviously, they are good and I would recommend them. However, they are overpriced, the base of the velco does come loose, and I wish the ice packs lasted longer. |
| By Dino From Undisclosed On August 06, 2010 ![]() | Ankle Wrap ReviewComments: BOTTOM LINE: Ankle Wrap ReviewI've got tendonosis in my right achilles, so icing it down after running is a must. The wrap works but could be a little tighter, but you can always adjust by wrapping the wrap with an ace bangage if you feel your'e not hitting the spot. Ice packs are great, in fact, I don't recommend directly placing them on your skin - extremely cold! Dino |
| By Peter From Undisclosed On June 20, 2010 ![]() | Ankle WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Ankle WrapThe ice packs really work. They stay really cold for up to 30 minutes. You should only ice for around 20 minutes to avoid cold injury though. As such, I had to stop icing while they were still cold. Make sure you wear a sock while using this product. The packs are so cold you need a sock to protect your skin! The packs are adjustable within the wrap. I iced the top of my foot, bottom of my foot, and my ankles at the same time. My only complaint is I have size 13-14 feet. The large size just wasn't quite big enough for my foot. I really needed an extra large. All in all, this product is well designed and better than anything else I've found on the market. |
| By Rex From Undisclosed On June 10, 2010 ![]() | Ankle wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Ankle wrapI is very cold and comfortable. |
| By cole trane From Undisclosed On November 06, 2009 ![]() | ankle wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: ankle wrapCold packs stay flexible but are not cold enough to be effective in treating an ankle condition. The packs seem to lose chilling effects at a rapid rate upon application. Overall, very disappointed in the product. |
| By Mike From Undisclosed On Octover 26, 2009 | AnkleComments: BOTTOM LINE: AnkleThe fit was right and cold in all the right places. Definately recommend!! |
| By Rob from LI From Undisclosed On July 07, 2009 | Works as they sayComments: BOTTOM LINE: Works as they sayStays in place and stays cold. Just what I was looking for, for my broken calcaneus (heel bone). I sometimes also rap a smaller pad around my heel for added cold directly on the heel. |
| By Meagan From Undisclosed On May 26, 2009 | Tendonitis anyone!?Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Tendonitis anyone!?After developing severe tendonitis on the inside AND outside of my ankle, I found iceing very frustrateing!! I resported to ice baths, but who has time to just sit still in an ice bath for 25 minutes 3 times every night!? I ordered the Ankle wrap and I LOVE it! It is so convenient, I ice while driving, cooking, etc. Downside: The price was steep. I used to make home made icepacks... and I just payed $40 for this one. |
| By Bkurtz From Undisclosed On May 16, 2009 | Definately beats ice pack and an acebandage!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Definately beats ice pack and an acebandage!Quick, easy to use and the adjustable packs assure concentration on where you need it most. I would recommend buying some extra packs since they take about 24 hours to get really cold. You can still use them after a few hours in the freezer, but after 24 hours they stay cold much longer. Definate must have if you have ankle issues or play sports! |
| By lissaB. From Undisclosed On March 09, 2009 | highly recommendComments: BOTTOM LINE: highly recommendDo not hesitate for a moment to buy this product. I waited months after see it and shouldn't have. Works just like they claim. |

| By Arlene Tynys From Undisclosed On Octover 25, 2008 | the best product i have ever purchasedComments: BOTTOM LINE: the best product i have ever purchasedthe foot and ankle ice wrap is the best wrap i have ever used. It is light weight and the ice pack are able to be placed were needed. The way it wraps and stays in place is the best. the ice packs are thin and not so bulky. |
| By Hassel Weems From Undisclosed On September 12, 2008 | Great ProductComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great ProductSo much better than ice in a zip-top bag. The cold packs can be positioned anywhere in the wrap and they stay in place. |
| By J.Lewis From Undisclosed On August 22, 2008 | Much Less PainComments: BOTTOM LINE: Much Less PainIThe foot and ankle wrap is a great way to ice down your feet without the mess of ice water or dripping towels. The wraps are very easy to use.I bought two wraps so I could ice my feet at the same time. I have much less pain in my feet that suffer from tendonitious. I'm very pleased with this product. |
| By Heidi From Undisclosed On May 19, 2008 | Wonderful!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Wonderful!I ordered this wrap for my daughter's ankle - she has tendonitis on her right ankle. It is working wonders! The wrap is very well made and easy to position on her foot and stays in place. Just what we were looking for! |
| By Cesar From Undisclosed On May 13, 2008 | Great ProductComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great ProductI kept looking for this product all over. I compared quality and price and so far these were the best. I've used them a lot lately because the heat is making my ankles swell up due to a car accident injury. Once I put them one they feel great, they stay cool for a while and they help a lot. If you are thinking of buying them, just do it, you will get your moneys worth. |
| By Cherie Leighty From Undisclosed On January 15, 2008 | I LOVE my ankle wrap!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: I LOVE my ankle wrap!I LOVE my ankle wrap! I have2 plates and 12 screws in my ankle, and the cold air in Wisconsin makes the metal cold which makes the bones VERY COLD. Now I have this awesome wrap that instantly warms up my ankle and will stay warm for an hour or so. (I leave it on longer to soak up every ounce of 'warm'!). I really like the fact that the pouches that hold the heat pack are adjustable! I can move the heat to be right over the plates which are at an angle. I tried several other wrap type items and this is by far the best. The shipping process was smooth and communication and customer service are excellent. This transaction has been one of the best out of all my on-line ordering. |

THis wrap is EZ to use & holds the ice packs in place hassle free. Suffered severe sprain & ankle fracture 3 weeks ago & I would STILL be on crutches without this! ER Doc recommended.
