The Cold One Forearm wrap is designed to reduce pain and swelling in the forearm from aches and pains caused by sprains, overexertion or repetetive injuries. Coldone arm ice wraps are constructed with an outer layer of nitrogen blown neoprene, a middle layer of refreezable gels, and an inner layer of rubberized linen.
The wrap provides 20 minutes of cold/ice therapy plus compression to reduce swelling and pain from injury or reoccuring injury. MD and trainer recommended therapy.

I use this ice wrap to help with computer/mouse related soreness in my right forearm. I take it to work and keep it in the freezer to use during the day.I've also trained myself to use the mouse with the left hand and have changed the function of my mouse keys(located in the contol panel)which has helped.By using it twice a day for about 15 min at a time,I've reduced the pain considerably.
