What I did find were unusable once they got cold because they were not flexible enough to get my hands into. I just fell across these recently so had to order them right away. Finally have just what I wanted. I have terrible arthritis in both hands and pills just don't seem to touch the pain. Wonderful product all around! Service Comments: Got here when promised and in perfect condition. Who could ask for more? BOTTOM LINE: Just what I wanted

I have pain in my fingers and hands from arthritis and the heat from these gloves are wonderful. I purchased 2; one for each hand and use them while watching the nightly news and sometimes during a movie. Also, with 2 I can freeze one and use the other for heat. I would love them better if they came in sizes. They are a little large on my hands. BOTTOM LINE: Better than expected

Also, the company wanted me to pay for return shipment, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Return policy is a joke. Wish I had not bought two.....and had just ordered one. Too expensive to return. Also, I did not realize that there was only one mitt in the package(1 order) Would never buy from this company again. BOTTOM LINE: TOO HEAVY FOR ARTHRITICS

Comments: We used a similar product in years past which is now not available. This product is almost what we had, and comforts our aching hands and fingers. BOTTOM LINE: If these wear out, we will replace same.

Care must be exercised to insure the velcro does not come in contact with the mitt cover material. A different cover material would greatly benefit this product. All in all, this is a very good product and it works. This mitt is very cold.Whoever said it didn't get cold enough, didn't leave it in the freezer long enough or his freezer is defective. BOTTOM LINE: Very Cold

Unfortunately, they get cold enough to hurt while other areas are only marginally cooled. Even at that , does not stay cold long enough. BOTTOM LINE: Not unless its your finger tips that hurt

My hands are somewhat small, so the mitt benefits by my using an ace bandage wrapped around the mitt to make better contact, as in this way I can make the large mitt fit tighter to the skin. I ordered two mitts, zap them in the microwave, and warm my hands when my joints really hurt. The Therapy Mitts are great! BOTTOM LINE: Therapy Mitt
