| By Hops3098 From Naples, FL On August 24, 2011 About Me: AthleticPros: Hold its Temperature, Well Made Cons: Difficult to Use ![]() | Didn't impressComments: BOTTOM LINE: Didn't impressThis is a well constructed ice wrap, which I purchased to help alleviate wrist pain and inflamation. I have not been impressed because the wrap focuses the ice on the heel of my hand, not the wrist. I would definately NOT recommend this to anyone with wrist pain. However, if you are looking to ice your hands, this would probably be perfect for you. |

| By Joan Nicholas From Undisclosed On August 11, 2009 | can be a bit bulky...Comments: BOTTOM LINE: can be a bit bulky...the wrap itself was a bit bulky and thick for me but it did serve its purpose well. The icing helped a lot. Thank you. |

| By Craig From Undisclosed On January 01, 2009 | Excellent help!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Excellent help!As a guitarist with carpal tunnel, and still actively playing, I have added these ice and hot wraps to my regular routine in allievating the constant pain and to provide more range of movement especially at the base of my thumbs where it connects to my wrist. This cold/hot therapy is excellent and allows me to continuing playing my instrument. |
| By Janet From Undisclosed On September 19, 2008 | heat and ice wrapsComments: BOTTOM LINE: heat and ice wrapsThe wraps have been working great. They are too cold for me out of the freeser, so I have to use a paper towel between the wraps and my skin. I am going to try just putting them in the refrigerator to see if that is better for me. They sre soft and comfortable and do what they are supposed to do though. |
