I have not been impressed because the wrap focuses the ice on the heel of my hand, not the wrist. I would definately NOT recommend this to anyone with wrist pain. However, if you are looking to ice your hands, this would probably be perfect for you. |

They are too cold for me out of the freeser, so I have to use a paper towel between the wraps and my skin. I am going to try just putting them in the refrigerator to see if that is better for me. They sre soft and comfortable and do what they are supposed to do though. |

Some days when I leave work, it is hard to hold the steering wheel on my car or turn a doorknob.
