I have tried many others products (like Gel that you can freeze and reuse) but these ice wraps work the best. Using regular ICE ensures that you can apply the cold pack for 30 minutes or more without having to worry about losing the cold temperature (Gels warm up in 5 minutes). It is pretty easy to fill up these wraps with ice from the fridge, the wraps are well made, dont leak and conform to the shape of your body part (elbow, shoulder, knee etc) . I love this product and I think it makes for a great gift for people that like sport.
