It was quite hot and the Ohio humidity was its usual killer.....I found that I went through all 3 mats and then needed to fill the Icy-Cool with ice.....amazing! It worked so much better for me and my MS with the ice....I used it with just ice the following week and it lasted so much longer (was even hotter than the first week I used it)....So I love the Icy-Cool when I used ice in it! |
I bought 2 icewraps. Each icewrap comes with 1 cold pack. I bought 2 more so that I would have 6. In this heat, I was using 1 every 2 holes. I put them in an ice chest with ice. For 18 holes, I will need more -- 9 total... I have tried towels, gel towels, gel wraps... this works best and helps keep my heat headaches at bay.
