Knee Ice Wrap by ColdOne
Description
Coldone Knee Wraps provide quick and efficient pain and swelling relief for critical injury or reoccurring injury.
Doctors and trainers recommend 15-20 minutes of cold at a time then 20 minutes without cold, repeated several times a day and constant compression to reduce swelling.
Professional athletes played an important role in the development of the Coldone re-freezable compression knee wrap, helping design a product that would deliver cold therapy where it needs to be. Our "no hole" design drives cold deep at all areas of the kneecap. Our knee wrap also provides compression even when unfrozen.
Coldone wraps are constructed with an outer layer of nitrogen blown neoprene, a middle layer of re-freezable gels, and an inner layer of rubberized linen.
The wrap provides 20 minutes of cold/ice therapy plus compression to reduce swelling and pain from injury or reoccurring injury. MD and trainer recommended therapy.
Can be used against skin or over clothing. No messy ice or condensation.

| By Mei the Tennis Player From Bellevue, WA On November 12, 2012 About Me: Athletic, Recently InjuredPros: Provides Pain Relief, Comfortable, Great Fit, Well Made, Hold its Temperature ![]() | Best wrap on the market!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Best wrap on the market!best wrap on the market. I have purchased other wraps from the local drug store and they don't compare to this one in terms of comfort and ease of use. |
| By Ouchyknee From Boston, MA On Octover 13, 2012 About Me: Recently Injured, Suffering from General Pain, AthleticPros: Provides Pain Relief, Well Made Cons: Does not Hold its Temperature ![]() | does the trick!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: does the trick!Good for after PT or if your knee just flat-out hurts. Easy to fasten, good design. The ice cells inside are awfully thin so the coldness won't last more than 20-30 minutes. Also, you can't bend your knee much with it on, so don't plan on using stairs. |
| By Gimpy From Tucson, AZ On Octover 09, 2012 About Me: Recently InjuredPros: Well Made, Comfortable ![]() | Good Knee Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Good Knee Ice WrapI was a pedestrian and my knee was run over so my knee pain may be more severe than most. I got the knee wrap so I could get the whole knee cold. My knee is so swollen that the temperature of the knee is hot. The ice wrap was not cold enough for me - I previously used ice bags, which are cold but sweat and make a mess. The cold wrap worked well otherwise - fit nicely, wrapped completely around knee, got cold in freezer. |

| By me From chandler,in On July 08, 2012 About Me: Suffering from General PainPros: Well Made, Great Fit, Provides Pain Relief, Comfortable, Hold its Temperature ![]() | great productComments: BOTTOM LINE: great productThis is a great product to purchase. I have had multiple knee surgeries on both knees and one acl rebuild. The only knee ice wrap that i have found out of the many i have had that would be better then this is the one i got for my acl but it also cost around $700. I would recommend this one buy cold wrap to everyone because you can move around with it on and it gets the cold into your joints very fast. It actually stays cold long enough that i can ice down both of my knees before it has to be frozen again, which it only takes a couple of hours to freeze and ready to use again. |
| By Digger From Santa Cruz,CA On May 18, 2012 Pros: Hold its Temperature, Great Fit, Well Made, Provides Pain Relief ![]() | This is my second knee wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: This is my second knee wrapI had both knees surgically repaired. I bought the second wrap so that I could ice both knees at the same time after playing tennis. I also have an ice wrap for my elbow and back. Can't say enough what a great product these wraps are. |
| By shepherdess09 From North Texas On January 22, 2012 About Me: Suffering from General PainPros: Hold its Temperature, Well Made, Provides Pain Relief, Great Fit Cons: Not flexible enough, Uncomfortable ![]() | Not flexibleComments: BOTTOM LINE: Not flexibleHolds temperature well, but feels like a solid ice sheet that won't bend. |
| By Big Will From Washington, DC On Octover 21, 2011 About Me: Recently Injured, AthleticPros: Provides Pain Relief, Well Made, Hold its Temperature, Great Fit, Comfortable ![]() | AmazingComments: BOTTOM LINE: AmazingAfter my pattella tendon repair, I needed something I could put on while I have the immobilizer brace on so I could do llight activities around the house. This wrap gets cold quickly and holds the coldness for about 45 minutes. Due to the multiple band fastners, I can adjust how tight and which area of the knee is tighter. The great item about this brace is that I can receive the cold treatment will receving compression at the same time. I would recommend this to anyone who needs deep penetration of cold therapy. |
| By RiderCoach From Hampton, VA On Octover 06, 2011 Pros: Great Fit, Provides Pain Relief, Well Made, Comfortable ![]() | Works real wellComments: BOTTOM LINE: Works real wellI'm using the product after Physical Therapy sessions each day to help reduce swelling and pain. It is a lot easier to use than a standard ice bag. I would like it to maintain it's temp a little longer. Service Comments: Ordering and delivery were great. |
| By Barbie892 From San Francisco, CA On September 12, 2011 About Me: AthleticPros: Provides Pain Relief, Well Made, Hold its Temperature ![]() | Great Cold TherapyComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great Cold TherapyI'm a lifelong runner and I finally developed a sore knee, officially an MCL slight tear. I needed direct compressed cold therapy in 30 min sessions and this works perfectly for me. I do have slim calves so I can really wrap this baby around. The cold stays long enough and provides great relief. Highly recommend. |
| By Paul From Philadelphia, PA On July 30, 2011 About Me: Recently InjuredPros: Great Fit, Comfortable Cons: Does not Hold its Temperature ![]() | Cold just doesn't last...Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Cold just doesn't last...This product fits extremely well, however, the cold dissipates much too fast. The most I get is about 10 mintues. |
| By David the Senior From Hope Valley, RI On May 02, 2011 About Me: Senior CitizenPros: Great Fit, Well Made, Provides Pain Relief, Hold its Temperature Cons: Keep leg straight ![]() | Cold to the boneComments: BOTTOM LINE: Cold to the boneThis product puts the cold to the bone and holds it there. After removing the wrap, the skin and area remain quite cold. Pain is drastically reduced. The wrap fits properly, stays on and keeps the cold in the right spot. Have to keep the leg straight when it is on, bending is limited by the wrap, but is necessary for better healing. Service Comments: Delivery was right on time based on projections. Came with everything wrapped properly, comes in a reuseable plastic zip lock bag. Easy to use. |
| By IceWraps From Hudson, MI On February 10, 2011 | Great for after knee surgeryComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great for after knee surgeryThis wrap gives great compression to help keep swelling down after knee surgery. The cold penetrates deep into the tissue providing pain relief. Sealed ice pack, no inserts to lose, easy to take with you. For Cold therapy only. Cleaning instructions: Use an antiseptic wipe across the face of the ice blanket and linen liner OR wash by hand with a gentle soap OR place the wrap on the top shelf of a dishwasher, neoprene side down. After washing, let the wrap drip or air dry before RE-freezing. |
| By Bea From Undisclosed On July 19, 2010 ![]() | Not so great, unfortunatelyComments: BOTTOM LINE: Not so great, unfortunatelyThe knee pack does not get cold enough and does not retain cold long enough to do the job. |
| By Mark Zelniker From Undisclosed On June 16, 2010 ![]() | Knee Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee Ice WrapWhen purchasing, I was told one size fits all. However, this knee wrap is too small for my leg. I'm 6'3" and weigh 225 llbs. I can get it on but the middle velcro strap does not reach far enough to attach. And, if there was a larger size, I would get better coverage when I wrap if around my leg. It works OK, but I'm disappointed in the fit and the ice coverage. |
| By Nancy Reynolds From Undisclosed On March 08, 2010 ![]() | Knee Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee Ice WrapI got these for my daughter -- a softball catcher -- so she can ice her knees after practice and in between tournament games. It's so much easier than trying to keep ice on. They stay cold and can easily go in a cooler to take on the road. I'm very pleased with this product. |
| By David From Undisclosed On February 10, 2010 ![]() | Knee Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee Ice WrapIt has reduced the swelling and inflammation in both knees. Adding compression after icing keeps me going much longer each day. Doctor's advice was ice and compression and for a knee this product was so convenient, workable, producing the necessary cold on the knee and I could move around while wearing it. |
| By Jerry From Undisclosed On Octover 18, 2009 | Knee WarpComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee WarpGood product. I would rate it higher if the knee hole cut outs in the back worked better. They bunch up and there is not a smooth fit unless the leg is extended It hold temp well and is easy to attach and use. I like that I can walk around with it on but it would be better if the bunching did not occur. |
| By B. Holder From Undisclosed On July 09, 2009 | He actually liked it!Comments: BOTTOM LINE: He actually liked it!I purchased the knee Wrap fo my hard to please husband for Fathers Day. He looked at it and threw it aside for a few days. He took it out the packaging a few days after Fathers Day and uses it nearly every night. He likes the fact that he can walk around with the pack on his knee. In the past his old pack was only used in a sitting position. Now he can go on with his daily activities while the pack stays snuggly secured to his leg. |

| By Keith Crider From Undisclosed On March 10, 2009 | knee ice wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: knee ice wrapI play in an adult baseball league and have begun to ice my knees after each practice. The ice wrap fits perfectly and I can do other things while it is on. It is really a unique and efficient product. |
| By Rick Horrigan From Undisclosed On December 30, 2008 | knee ice wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: knee ice wrapprovides excellent support as it does its function of providing ice therapy. one drawback is that is seems some other wraps maintain temperature longer, but they are also much bulkier and uncomfortable. |
| By Greg From Undisclosed On Octover 27, 2008 | Knee WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee WrapGreat relief for knee pain prior to surgery |
| By Teri From Undisclosed On Octover 14, 2008 | Knee Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee Ice WrapThis is an awesome product. I had two knee surgeries and this reduced my pain and inflammation dramatically. I love that it fastens to my knee so I can turn over in bed or walk to answer the phone and it stays in place. I recommended this product to other knee sufferers. |
| By Roger Grondin From Undisclosed On September 22, 2008 | MRComments: BOTTOM LINE: MRI purchased these wraps for my daughter who plays hockey. She has trouble with tendonitist (jumper's knee) on occation. These wraps helped cool her knees down and reduce any swelling. Excellent Product. |

| By thom From Undisclosed On September 17, 2008 | knee ice wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: knee ice wrapit works fairly well. would've preferred if was larger. I need it completely surround my knee. I use it with a gel pack to get the coverage I require. Would've been even better had it been a large gel pack inside. |
| By Todd From Undisclosed On September 15, 2008 | Knee Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee Ice WrapGreat product for the value. I would recommend this product to anyone. |
| By beth From Undisclosed On September 13, 2008 | Great ProductComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great ProductI bought this one because of the recommendations. I also bought the 10x13 set of 2 polar packs as a back up but I find I always use this one first. It's the easiest, stays cold (almost too cold I have to use a thin towel underneath) and fits nicely. My only complaint would be like some others that i wish it had cold behind the knee but I've got a small ice back i squeeze underneath the strap and it works fine. Overall a great product. |
| By Alan From Undisclosed On September 09, 2008 | little disappointedComments: BOTTOM LINE: little disappointedI am a little disappointed in the knee wrap. I expectedit to be a little colder than it is for some reason. Second, my knees are a little large, not obese, and the middle strap is a little short and won't fasten to well |
| By Clay Jenkins From Undisclosed On August 30, 2008 | Knee WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee WrapThis is the best wrap I have ever used. No more wrapping ice packs around my knee with ace bandages. Just put it in freezer until needed again. Great product.. |
| By E Butler From Undisclosed On August 23, 2008 | Knee WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Knee WrapI've tried many similar products and this is the best by far. I am extremely happy with the wrap. I was concerned about ordering over the internet because I had done this before and was dissappointed with what was delivered to me. This product is exactly what was claimed on your website. I would recommend it to anyone. |
| By John Ehman From Undisclosed On August 10, 2008 | noneComments: BOTTOM LINE: noneI like the design and it seems to be working but I would like to see the cold wrap go all the way around the knee, especially behind the knee where the ache seems the worse. |
| By chuck From Undisclosed On July 16, 2008 | Just what I "Knee"dedComments: BOTTOM LINE: Just what I "Knee"dedAopologies to "The Cars". I have purchased two shoulder wraps and one for my knee. I have arthritis in both shoulders from over-use and self-gratification. My knee has started bothering me recently. Your wraps are the best product I have come across. I figure on buying more in the future for other body parts. |

| By Susan S. From Undisclosed On July 09, 2008 | Great productComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great productAfter having both knees replaced, these were great instead of balancing ice bags on my knees. They stay on securely and stay cold as long as I need. |

| By David From Undisclosed On May 29, 2008 | Excellent for sore kneesComments: BOTTOM LINE: Excellent for sore kneesI bough two for chronic pain and inflamation in my knees. The ColdOne wrap is easy to use and stays snug and secure. The small cells allow the cold wrap and penetrate your joint, but the cells melt rather quickly and the wrap loses its cold in 15 to 20 minutes. However, it refreezes rapidly if you are icing serially. Highly recommended. |

| By L Hill From Undisclosed On April 21, 2008 | Comfortable and flexibleComments: BOTTOM LINE: Comfortable and flexibleTo whom it may concern: I am very happy with my ice wrap and am actually considering buying another one to switch off with. My only complaint is that the individual ice partitions don't stay cold for as long as I would like them too. Other than that, it's very comfortable and flexible. Do you have any suggestions on keeping it colder longer or do you have another product that would be better suited for me? I use the ice wrap for my knees. Thank-you. |
