This size is perfect for when you have pain in your neck and shoulders. The big thing to remember when using ice wraps is to dry them off before putting them back in the freezer. If you don't, ice crystals form and can cut into the wrap. |

The other one recently sprung a leak but this was after 3 years and after loaning it out to others to borrow for their issues. I noticed that the instructions with the new one say to store it in the freezer and not to fold it. I had always stored the old one in the freezer but usually folded it so will certainly store the new one flat as directed. I am very pleased with this ice pack!! |

At the rehab location I used and use for both for in-patient and out-patient therapy, they use ice pack wraps very similar to what I ordered (a neck contour wrap). It works very well for wrapping the pack completely around my knee. I am very happy with the purchase. |

Great service. Great product. Helps my neck and shoulder pain. I use it at least twice a day, the temperature holds very well. All other products I have used do not stay cold long enough.
