Relieve tension or pain with the Pro Ice Neck Wrap. Designed to fit comfortably around the back of the neck, this wrap is safer than popping a pill. Simply keep it in the freezer and apply as needed. It’s a great way to reduce swelling and provide neck pain relief. It also can be used as a cooling neck wrap. Reduce neck pain in sports medicine or physical therapy rehab.
Pro Ice holds constant at 27 degrees, until it is liquid, up to an hour when applied, offering superior icing when compared to a gel ice pack. Whether the reusable ice pack comes out of a freezer or one of our cooler bags, it is ready for after a game or practice. That guarantees full therapeutic value, under the widest variety of real-life conditions. Additional inserts can lengthen the icing time. Pair with one of our cooler bags for the ultimate in portable pain relief.
Pro Ice was created in 1991 with athletes in mind, but now delivers non-toxic pain relief to anyone who hurts or who ices for preventative care. Wrap is 13.5" Long x 3.75" Wide. There is an additional strap that is 6" long to help secure it around the neck. The outside material is made of Veltex, which is a soft covering which velcro can adhere to. The side against the skin is made of a mesh.

HOWEVER, over time, I came to prefer it to other packs. It's narrow enough, and fastens well enough, that you can put it on and continue being active. It doesn't hold its cold for very long, but you're not supposed to leave an icepack on for very long anyway. I use it especially after exercise has caused a flare. Excellent for cerviogenic headache from inflammation at the base of the skull. |
