This was the perfect size to wrap over my shoulder and keep the back top and front of my shoulder chilled.

I had physical therapy after my 1/11 knee surgery. The PT had a nice large gel pack that REALLY worked well after my exercises. When I did a search on line I found out IT was almost $100. As I searched for something less expensive I found this. Too early to compare the build quality of this, BUT, it IS heavier & thicker & holds its cold longer than the one at the PT department! I'm please so far!

Having an injury of the IT Band and hip the Large ColPac is great because I can cover a very large area to "ice". I just wrap in a towel, sit on part of the ColPac and then bring it up around my hip and thigh and hold in place with the towel. Has helped my healing process immensely.

This is our second ice wrap. We completely wore the first one out. We were concerned we may not be able to find the product but, alas, it is identical to the first and we are incredibly pleased.

After my ACL replacement surgery I had gotten fed up with my cold water drip knee band. I bought this ColPac and hoped for the best. Easily the best decision I've made in a long time. I'm a big guy (6'4", 240) and the The Pac wrapped all the way around my knee to ice the places that the knee system couldn't get to. And It stayed colder much longer. Since then I've used it on my back, as did my girlfriend when she slipped a disk. It's just great for everything. Recently the ColPac ruptured along the seem. It lasted more than three years and it was really put through the ringer. I had no choice but to buy another one asap.

I am an RN currently working on a Rehab Unit. We use these for our patients and they love them. I ordered one for home use and could not be happier with it's quality, plethora of uses, and reasonable price.

To relieve extreme pain. I have bought several. My friends borrow them and I just let them have them.

Every home should have one at a minimum. i use mine 3-4 times a day for pain relief.

I've had this for about 4-5 months, and I like it a lot except for two things: 1) it's always had an annoying air bubble. 2) it sprung a leak on one edge. I am checking to see if it covered by the warranty.

I love this product. I recently purchased a second one so that if I leave one out overnight, I have another ready. The first one has lasted 10 years. It is pliable enough that I can wrap it around my foot, and large enough to wrap around my knee.

I had a ColPac Soft Gel Wrap for 6 years before it ruptured at the edge. Needless to say, I had a crisis at hand. I used it at least 5 days a week. The ice wrap is the only thing that gives me instant pain relief. It is comforting to know that it is in the freezer ready for me whenever I need it.

The oversize colpac is great for different areas of the body that need cold therapy. Your colpacs stay cold longer, than the ones the doctors sell in their office. Plus, the colpacs that I purchased are more durable.
