They're perfect for this because they are flexible, making it very easy to wrap them around my thighs and get them very cold; they stay very cold for the required 20-30 minute application time for me, and the convenience of pulling them from the freezer when I need them is great. The hassle and mess of filling bags with ice and trying to get them to stay in place to properly cover my legs is gone. Fantastic product! |

I use ice wraps for my shoulders but these can be used for any area, best for large areas. It's large enough to wrap entire shoulder from front to back and can ice entire area in one sitting. It conforms to any area and works great. Definitely worth the money; I have bought 2 so I can ice both shoulders at same time. I have bad shoulders from years of lifting heavy and these ice packs are the best ones I have come across. They stay cold for a solid 30 minutes and refreeze very quickly. |

Comments: BOTTOM LINE: The Mother of all Ice Pacs!After my ACL replacement surgery I had gotten fed up with my cold water drip knee band. I bought this ColPac and hoped for the best. Easily the best decision I've made in a long time. I'm a big guy (6'4", 240) and the The Pac wrapped all the way around my knee to ice the places that the knee system couldn't get to. And It stayed colder much longer. Since then I've used it on my back, as did my girlfriend when she slipped a disk. It's just great for everything. Recently the ColPac ruptured along the seem. It lasted more than three years and it was really put through the ringer. I had no choice but to buy another one asap. |
