Comments: BOTTOM LINE: I ended up purchasing 2 more!Following shoulder surgery, I was using basic solid ice packs that made for more discomfort. I asked my PT Tech what they use and he recommended the ColPak. I ordered the black standard size and it works beautifully! Slide it into a pillow case and with it being so flexable, it fit right around my shoulder! I ended up ordering a couple more for my in-laws. It keeps cold for a very long time and freezes up quickly. |

Comments: BOTTOM LINE: This is the BEST ice pack ever!!!I've used Ice packs pretty much every day since 1999. I've gone through tons & tons of ice packs. This one is my most favorite ice pack of them all. It stays cold for hours & it gets really, really cold which i love & it's really durable & tough. I have two of these and two of the smaller ones of these. I broke 16 ribs, my sternum and damaged my back so I use these multiple times each and every day and they are absolutely awesome. i read all the reviews before buying and I don't regret buying this. It is the best thing that has given me any pain relief. I use it at nite to help me sleep due the the pain. I would recommend this to anyone with muscle pain. It even stayed cold for 5 hours.
