"I know I’ve found a new key to my post-ride recovery. After each ride, I take a recovery drink with me into the shower, clean off and then put the ice wraps on while I cook and eat." -- Phil Gaimon, 24, rides for Kenda Pro Cycling

Getting relief from headaches, low-back pain and muscle soreness is easy with Pressure Point Therapy Packs. These packs use a unique combination of pressure point therapy and cold therapy to help relieve your headaches and pain. Linked therapy balls, encased in a cold therapy gel, are ergonomically positioned to fit pressure points at the base of the skull or lower back. Packs can be used at room temperature or cooled to help with headaches. The Dual Comfort cover offers both slow-release and rapid-release treatment surfaces. The cold gel is non-toxic and biodegradable. Store the packs in the freezer for convenience.

Uniquely effective solution to age-old problem.

The first time they see or try Core's Pressure Point Therapy Packs, many people say something like, "That's ingenious!" when referring to their design, which targets relief from headaches, low-back pain and muscle soreness by combining pressure point and cold therapies. Linked therapy balls are encased in non-toxic cold therapy gel and ergonomically positioned to fit pressure points at the base of the skull or lower back. Your own body, the back of a chair, a mattress, or whatever is suitable for the situation, provides the pressure.

The DualComfort cover offers two "frost-free" treatment surfaces - one for slow-release, the other for rapid-release, so you also control the delivery of the medically accepted cold therapy. The balls stay soft and pliable when stored in freezer. Both sizes bring helpful relief to virtually any spot on the neck or back.

Care Instructions:

DO NOT HEAT THESE PACKS

5.0 Best ice pack I have purchased
Comments:
Perfect ice pack for tension head/neckaches. Balls add just enough pressure so i don't have to try bunching something behind ice pack to get full effect. Soothes and eliminates pain like no other ice pack i've ever purchased. Nice soft outer material that provides immediate relief.

Service Comments:
Fast and nicely packed shipping

5.0 Pressure point ice pack
Comments:
Not something for everyone who gets migraine but perfect for me! When I bought this I had no idea what I was getting the description is somewhat vague and deceiving. It's a plain jelly icepack with 2 rubbery balls inside (a little bigger ping pong balls). I get the migraines behind the eyes that also swells my the back of my skull/ neck (the ocipital nerve). I get acupuncture which helps and they put the needles in the same point as this ice pack! I wish the pressure point balls were closer together (they smoosh around as it melts) but all in all if you are looking for something to help ocipital migraines this is great! It only hurts slightly cuz it's a pressure point and any pressure point will be uncomfortable untill the problem/tesion is taken care of and only if it's really swollen back there. I loooooove my ice pack. I would definately recommend!

Comments:
Pressure balls felt uncomfortable to me on the neck when I would lay down. The ice packs does get very cold and stays cold for a very good amount of time. I wouldn't choose this again because of the pressure balls, but other items without the balls would do fine.
