$7.99 Flat-Rate Shipping Promotion is only for Ground shipping to the 48 Continental United States, and only valid for the first 24 items. Ground shipping can take 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Now shipping to Canada! (excludes TheraTherm, SensaFlex, FlexiPac, Therma-Wraps and ColPaC brands.)

Most items received by 12 PM EST ship same day, after 12 noon EST orders normally ship next business day. If you order on a Friday (after noon), Saturday or Sunday your wrap(s) will usually ship on Monday.

We generally ship via USPS or UPS, though if an order is shipped directly by the manufacturer, your item may be shipped using UPS or FedEx. If you prefer or require UPS, please add a comment during checkout and will gladly accommodate.

We frequently use USPS (Postal). If postal service does not deliver to your physical address please use PO Box or in the comments section indicate the need for UPS service.

For APO Boxes, please call and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

If you order multiple wraps from multiple manufacturers, there is a very small chance your wrap will arrive in different shipments. We will absorb the extra cost if this is the case.

Your tracking # will be e-mailed to you as soon as we receive it from our distributors or warehouse so you can follow your wrap across the country. However, IceWraps maintains inventory on 95% of the items we sell.

Returns


We will accept returns up to 20 calendar days after your order is placed. All items must be returned in their original condition. Please e-mail us prior to returning any merchandise.  We must always provide you a return authorization # and the return address first. Please do not return merchandise without prior coordination.  We will pay for any shipping and issue a full refund for any defective wraps.


If the wrap is not defective and you choose to return it within your 20 calendar days, you must pay the return shipping and will only be refunded your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.  These returns must also be pre-coordinated with a return authorization #.


Save the original wrapping for any returns please.



For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been worn.
