Customer Service Hours Shipping We ship with several companies to include FedEx, UPS, DHL and the USPS. If you order multiple wraps from multiple manufacturers, there is a chance your wrap will arrive in different shipments. We will absorb the extra cost if this is the case. Your tracking # will be e-mailed to you as soon as we receive it from our distributors so you can follow your wrap across the country.
2 - 4 Day Expedited Shipping (business days)
Returns We will accept returns up to 20 calendar days after your order is placed. Please e-mail us prior to returning any merchandise. We must always provide you a return authorization # and the return address first. Please do not return merchandise without prior coordination. We will pay for any shipping and issue a full refund for any defective wraps. If the wrap is not defective and you choose to return it within your 20 calendar days, you must pay the return shipping and will only be refunded your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. These returns must also be pre-coordinated with a return authorization #. Save the original wrapping for any returns please.
