"I know I’ve found a new key to my post-ride recovery. After each ride, I take a recovery drink with me into the shower, clean off and then put the ice wraps on while I cook and eat."-- Phil Gaimon, 24, rides for Kenda Pro Cycling

| By Roller Derby Queen From Charlotte, NC On March 21, 2012 About Me: AthleticPros: Well Made, Great Fit, Provides Pain Relief Cons: Does not Hold its Temperature, Some Wetness as it Melts ![]() | Doesn't freeze or hold coolnessComments: BOTTOM LINE: Doesn't freeze or hold coolnessIt's a good size for covering an injury. It doesn't freeze completely, so I don't believe it gets cold enough. It may be designed that way to prevent irritating the skin. If it would just get slightly colder, I would like it more. I have yet to heat one up. |

| By Larry From Undisclosed On July 27, 2010 | Mueller Cold/Hot pacComments: BOTTOM LINE: Mueller Cold/Hot pacWe had 2 medium Mueller Cold/ Hot packs. We had no idea where we obtained them. They work so well for injuries because you can use them either hot or cold and also because they remain pliable even when frozen. This makes them easy to conform to any part of your body. We had looked every where for some more of them. When I found them online, I ordered a 12 pk. |

I love the gel hot/cold packs for headache relief. But use them most frequently to cool down food containers for food safety (time/temperature requirements). I don't really need or use a dozen at a time, but frequently need 4 or 5 at once. These are an ideal size to place beneath a hot plate or to nestle inside a container (with plastic wrap over the food). The customer service team is very helpful at icewraps. When I emailed to say I hadn't received an email confirmation of my order, they resent it immediately along with a personal email. The shipment arrived exactly when they said it would. The only thing that was not 100% was the USPS priority shipping box, which had ripped at one side from the bulk and weight of the order. Nothing inside the box, however, had any damage. I think a bit of extra tape around the box would have been enough to secure it without having to increase the amount of packaging. Overall a great shopping experience and I will use icewraps again if/when I need more gel packs. I highly recommend this site.
