I wish I could find a knee wrap that I can wear all day! This wrap is good when you can sit down and ice your injury. Well-made and sturdy, will last for years! |

I still have some pain and a bit of swelling, so this wrap is great. The directions recommend not putting it directly on the skin because it's just too cold and damage could occur. I recommend this for anyone having surgery where ice is going to be needed, especially for a knee or leg. Over a thin towel, it could be laid over a shoulder, but it's made for the knee. |

I use this to chill down my knee ligaments after long runs. It is well made and does exactly what I want it to do. Ice Wraps has been great to deal with, on this product and on past purchases.
