Comments: BOTTOM LINE: Just what I needed!I have severe tendonitis in my elbow and this has helped ease it tremendously. I am able to wear it at work or at home. The pack stays cold for about 20 min and the cuff is easy to get on. I would recommend this product! |

Comments: BOTTOM LINE: These are great for tennis elbow!I ice 3x per day and with my schedule it is often on the go. i ordered an extra set of ice packs and alternate through out the day. They are cold after an hour or so in the freezer. |

I knew I needed to ice my elbow more often and heat it before working out, but it was such a pain to do so. This wrap is so easy and my elbow is feeling significantly better in just 2 weeks. Got real annoyed with the freezer pack I had and a roll of ace bandage. Always a pain rolling that back up. With this wrap I can where it easily and most importantly while I am doing stuff. Use it hot before a workout and then grab the pack out of the freezer after. It's great that it comes with two packs so I can use it this way. Didn't give it five stars because I would like it to hold temp better, but in fairness I think that is more a matter of size. And if the packs were bigger it would be more cumbersome, and an overall detrimant to why I like it in the firstplace. Also, it is moderately tough to put it on snugly with only one arm, but after a few adjustments it is perfect! |
