I use it on my wrists due to severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. It keeps it's temperature for a very good amount of time, and comes with two hot/cold packs, so I can have one in the freezer and never have to wait for a single one to refreeze. Nice touch! It's very comfortable and doesn't slip around on my wrist at all, and serves as somewhat of a "brace" as well since I can't wear both at once. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of this product. I'm very satisfied, will be a return customer, and was happy to write a review for a quality purchase such as this one. I very seldom take the time to write a review, so that says a lot in itself! Service Comments: Delivery was swift and the product was received it good shape. I didn't need customer service, but am confident they would have been there for me if I had. A company that sells great merchandise usually has great customer service as well! |
This is well made, stays on well, you can wrap it on by yourself, I would like it to be colder and stay colder longer. It works better on your elbow than wrist but does work either place. Perhaps a thinner pocket so it would transmit cold better.
