Shoulder Ice and Hot Wrap by Elasto-Gel (Small/Medium)
Description
Product is like a shirt sleeve. Put your arm down the sleeve and wrap the adjustable belt underneath the opposite arm and fasten in the belly region. Use the other strap to secure around arm area.
Used to offer hot or cold therapy to either the left or right shoulder and will conform to any size shoulder. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help assure product durability and effective pain management. Flexible gel wraps with breathable stretch cover. Heat in the microwave and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Provides 20-40 minutes of treatment.

Before purchasing, I read reviews and looked at photographs. One photo (not sure which site) showed a larger strap that I thought would eliminate the problems noted in reviews about the pack slipping down the shoulder. But when it arrived, the strap was narrower than expected, but true to this site's photograph. In spite of the strap issue, I have used the pack several times for cold temp relief. Though I have to limit walking around and such with the pack attached, it is better than trying to hold a bag of ice cubes over the shoulder and moving about. And it's especially good when sitting. I have/would refer the pack to family/friends.
