I find that while this heating wrap doesn't really take away my pain for good, it does provide me with some temporary relief, which is nice because any relief is more than welcome. I've been framing houses for 23 years, and i'll never be able to really reverse the damage that's been done. Still, it's nice to lay on the couch and relax for a while without the usual strains. I'd give it a 4 out of 5.
