I chose this because it's what my physical therapist uses so I figured it had to be good. I have a torn Achilles and sometimes the pain is unbearable. A regular ice pack gets too hard--and if you've ever had a torn achilles, you know that just touching it lightly can cause extreme pain. The ColPac gets cold (feels colder than a regular ice pack), but remains soft and pliable, so my foot sinks down into the comfort and coolness & feels great. Also, the size is perfect for wrapping. The price is right and the product is perfect. |
