However, it was a bit heavy (which in some ways was good, because it stayed in place) and also the condensation on its outside needed to be wiped off with a cloth. Only stayed cold for about an hour. |

Duct tape helps for a while but eventually must throw away. Use for knee and back pain and like that they hold the "cold" for a long time. |

I wish I had this product after my first one. The 11x14 size allows me to cover the knee and quad at he same time. I bought 2 of them so I can alternate. Sometimes I strap it on using a long bandage to hold it in place, or just place it on my knee while laying on my back and let the weight hold it in place. Make sure you can tolerate the weight. |

And we only threw it out because one of the fused seams came undone (only about 1/4" after 12 years) and the material was leaking. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW GREAT THIS COLPAC IS. My husband has been suffering with sciatica for about a month now. Knowing the quality of the ColPac, I purchased a larger one and it is just fantastic. He loves it, I love it. We would DEFINITELY buy another ColPac product and we would (and have) recommend it to anyone who asks. By the way, it arrived quicker than I thought it would. You guys are the best. But, I thought I had ordered a pack that would be huge and it wasn't. I recommend ordering a pack that is one size larger than you think you need. |
I use this product whenever I need cold therapy. It can wrap around the knee or elbow, and is the perfect size for the lower back. I use it several times a week and the product lasted about three years before replacement was needed. It only takes a couple hours to re freeze, so if I leave it out by accident it's not a problem. I always have three on hand!
