Thanks to that nice weekend game of golf, elbow injury has come your way. Perhaps it's an elbow sprain; maybe you've been overusing that joint. The Tennis Elbow Ice Wrap by ProSeries was designed for just such cases.
Stick ice water in the neoprene elbow wrap to relieve your tennis or golfer's elbow, or use it immediately after strenuous elbow use (as in tennis matches) to help avoid chronic elbow pain and inflammation. Or put the elbow wrap on your wrist to help with carpal tunnel.
If you want warmth rather than coolness, replace the ice water with warm tap water, and you have a ready-made elbow or wrist heating pad. And unlike your conventional heating pads or the common gel packs, your risk of burning is virtually nonexistent (unless you happen to put burning water into the wrap, but then that's your fault).
Even everyday aches and pains from common use of the joint can be aided by the compression and temperature treatment this wrap provides.
