Returns are accepted up to 20 calendar days after your order is placed. 

All items must be returned in their original condition. Please e-mail IceWraps prior to returning any merchandise. IceWraps must always provide you a return authorization # (RMA) and the return shipping address before you submit your return. Please do not return merchandise without prior coordination. 

IceWraps will pay for any shipping and issue a full refund for any defective wraps.  If the wrap is not defective and you choose to return it within 20 calendar days, you must pay the return shipping and will only be refunded your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. These returns must also be pre-coordinated with a return authorization #.

Save the original wrapping for any returns please.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been worn.
