What we call Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) can be found in medical records since the beginning of the 20th Century.
The Carpal Tunnel is a narrow passageway about as big as your thumb on the palm-side of your wrist. Inflammation of the Carpal Tunnel produces numbness, pain and eventually hand weakness.
Usage such as forceful or repetitive activities in hands and wrists are linked to CTS.

1. Stretchable, rubber impregnated linen layer. 2. Insulated nitrogen blown neoprene outer shell. 3. Patented 100% non-toxic encapsulated liquid filled ice blanket.
ColdOne Wrist Wrap Instructions: 1. FREEZE the wrap(s). ColdOnes work best when they are frozen. It will take about 2-3 hours to freeze. 2. A good fit plus good compression can only add up to excellent cold therapy. These wraps fit snug so the therapeutic cold is driven into the body. As a general rule, put the wrap on for comfort and then tighten for fit and compression. 3. Keeping the wrap clean: Use an anti-septic wipe across the face of the ice blanket and linen liner OR wash by hand with a gentle soap OR place it on the top shelf of a dishwasher. After washing, let the wrap drip-dry and then put it directly into a freezer to re-freeze. About 3 hours later, you will be ready to use the wrap again.
How to wear the wrist wrap properly:
Place the ice blanket onto the wrist. Connect the Velcro pad to the outside of the wrap. Reverse loop the Velcro strap through the plastic clip for tightness.
The wrap provides 20 minutes of cold/ice therapy plus compression to reduce swelling and pain from injury or reoccuring injury. MD and trainer recommended therapy.
Can be used against skin or over clothing. No messy ice or condensation.
