"I know I’ve found a new key to my post-ride recovery. After each ride, I take a recovery drink with me into the shower, clean off and then put the ice wraps on while I cook and eat."-- Phil Gaimon, 24, rides for Kenda Pro Cycling

Wrist Ice Wrap by Elite Kold
Description
Testimonials
The Elite*Kold Wrist/Elbow Wrap measures 12x15 inches and is made of Ice Mat pillows that are not unlike those sheets of air bubbles used to ship breakables. The beauty of this system is that the pillows are hard and cold but the sheets remain flexible and capable to conforming to any configuration.
The Ice Mats are sewn into a nylon casing with contact closures that make the wraps simple to apply and provide even, adjustable compression. The nylon provides comfortable cold transfer. These materials are reusable and hand-washable.
Elite-Kold wraps provide up to 2 hours of cold treatment at a safe temperature. Two layers of "ice pillows" contain non-toxic, purified water as the freezing agent. When frozen the ice pillows remain flexible to ensure a comfortable fit and excellent application of cold to injury site. The outside velvet loop fabric allows desired compression and fit for all sizes.

| By Carpal Tunnel Relief From WA On June 28, 2011 About Me: Recently InjuredPros: Well Made, Hold its Temperature, Great Fit ![]() | Great ProductComments: BOTTOM LINE: Great ProductThis is a great product. Only drawback is that it takes a little bit of struggle to get the icepack secured on the arm. The velcro sticks to the exterior surface very easily and well so if it even barely touches it is stuck, then have to unstick and stretch the band around again. |
| By Dianna From Undisclosed On July 28, 2010 ![]() | Wrist ice wrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Wrist ice wrapI am a very busy massage therapist, my wrists sometimes need to be iced. This wrap is nice around my arm, but it doesn't encompass my wrist like a gel pack would. I now have the active wrist wrap for my wrist, which is awesome, and this elite kold wrap for my arm/forearm. This wrap would be 5 stars if it were gel instead of ice. |

| By consumer From Undisclosed On August 05, 2009 | Wrist Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Wrist Ice WrapI'm very pleased with the wrist ice wrap. It gets more than cold enough - I usually line it with a thin piece of cloth before I put it on. The length of it along with the velcro fasteners are ideal. I highly recommend it to others with carpal tunnel syndrome or other hand/wrist problems. |
| By David From Undisclosed On August 31, 2008 | helpfulComments: BOTTOM LINE: helpfulI do 4-5 hours of massage on weekends so my wrists and forearms kill me at the end of the day. I have an hour drive, so I wear my wrist wraps home and I feel so much better by the time I get home. Worth the money! |
| By Amy Blair From Undisclosed On July 08, 2008 | ReliefComments: BOTTOM LINE: ReliefWith carpal tunnel there is never 100% true relief but with that said I really like the Write Ice Wrap. It fits snug to my hands and wrist and are very comfortable. It allows the cold to work all over at the same time without having to alternate a smaller ice pack. |
| By Ann From Undisclosed On May 22, 2008 | Ice WrapComments: BOTTOM LINE: Ice WrapI bought two Ice Wraps and use them on my wrists and hands after a full day of giving bodywork. Works great. |

I love this product in theory -- but in truth it doesn't put the cold where I need it. It's so long and not form-fitted, so it makes the top part of my forearm really cold (where I don't need it) and doesn't really make contact with my (much thinner) wrist -- where I DO need it. So if your injury is on the thickest part of your arm, you're in great shape with this. But if you have a wrist injury, you might need something smaller. It's too bad. It holds its temperature well, and when I have time to sit still and press it into the specific spot on my wrist that needs it, it works great. But if I have to sit still and use both hands to ice my wrist anyway, I could have saved my money and just used a single ice cube at a time.
