These wrist ice packs and wrist hot packs are perfect for nagging wrist pain caused by Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or tendinitis of the wrist. Our wrist wraps are similar to physically therapy rehab and sports physical therapy treatment...and you don't even need to leave your house. Most of these wraps can be frozen to work as ice wraps or heated in the microwave to work as heating pads. They are custom designed for the unique shape of your wrist and also some provide minor wrist support doubling as a wrist brace!
